Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using WeekOne. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by them.

Last updated: 17 July 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (the individual or organisation accessing the platform) and WeekOne Software Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (“WeekOne”, “we”, “us”).

By registering for an account, accepting an invitation to an organisation, or otherwise using the WeekOne platform or website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full. If you are accepting on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Service description

WeekOne is a cloud-based business management platform providing CRM, sales, invoicing, purchasing, project management, and customer support functionality, accessible via a web browser (“the Service”).

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. Where changes materially reduce functionality, we will give account holders at least 30 days' notice by email. We will always aim to maintain backward compatibility for data exports.

WeekOne is designed for use by businesses. It is not intended for personal or consumer use. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information when registering.
  • Keep your email address and password up to date.
  • Notify us immediately at security@weekone.io if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • Not share your credentials with any third party.

Each account is for use by one individual. Organisation owners may invite additional team members; each member must agree to these Terms independently.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or the rights of any third party.
  • Store, transmit, or distribute unlawful, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, network, or account.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our prior written consent.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Use automated means to access or scrape the Service in a way that exceeds normal usage.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our prior written consent.
  • Circumvent any technical measures we use to enforce these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these provisions, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach.

5. Payment and subscriptions

WeekOne offers a free Starter plan and a paid Unlimited plan. Current pricing is displayed on our pricing page.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Fees are exclusive of VAT; VAT will be charged at the applicable UK rate. Payment is processed by Stripe. By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge the subscription fee on a recurring basis until you cancel.

We reserve the right to change subscription fees on 30 days' notice. If you do not wish to accept a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.

Failed payments will result in a grace period of 7 days, during which we will attempt to notify you. If payment remains outstanding, the account may be downgraded to the Starter plan or suspended.

6. Cancellation and account deletion

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to the Unlimited plan until that date.

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law or where we have materially failed to provide the Service.

To delete your account entirely, contact support@weekone.io. Account deletion is permanent. We will delete or anonymise your data within 90 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

7. Your data

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the Service (“Your Data”). You grant WeekOne a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and transmit Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service.

We will never sell Your Data to third parties or use it for advertising purposes. Our use of Your Data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

You can export all Your Data at any time in CSV or JSON format from your account settings. We will continue to make exports available for at least 30 days after account cancellation or termination.

You are responsible for ensuring that any data you enter about third parties (such as your customers) complies with applicable data protection law, and that you have a lawful basis for storing and processing that data.

8. Liability and warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeekOne excludes all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

WeekOne does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We are not responsible for the accuracy of any data you enter or any business decisions you make based on information in the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WeekOne's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you to WeekOne in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) £100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by English law.

9. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation.
