Common questions.

Can customers submit tickets themselves?
Not yet. Tickets are raised internally on behalf of customers. A customer-facing portal is on the roadmap.
Can I add internal notes to tickets?
Yes. Comments can be marked as internal, so they're visible only to your team, not customers.
Is there a way to see a customer's full ticket history?
Yes. The customer record shows all tickets, invoices, and other activity in one timeline.
Can I set up ticket categories?
Yes. Create your own categories in Settings → Ticket Categories and apply them when raising a ticket.
